Job Description
- Follow up and coordinate the closure of non-compliances for the industrial site.
- Effectively manage client complaints and internal non-conformities using tools defined by the company.
- Respond to / coordinate customer reports and information requests.
- Ensure that corrective actions are executed.
- Lead Inspections/audits in the plant, regarding Food Safety; as continuous improvement tool.
- Conduct Food Safety Culture
- Management of documentation.
- Keep product specifications and packaging specifications updated according to the production plan, verifying customer contracts
- Keep customer web platforms updated with information required by the company.
- Questionnaires and documentation required by the client.
- Keep mandatory indicators and area information systems up-to-date
- The management of standards: keep the procedures and specifications updated and ensure these complied with. Conduct training for operations so that the employees are trained in procedures.
- Management of the pest control program in operations. Follow-up of corrective actions.
- Support in external audits of clients and certifications.
- Claims to Suppliers: follow up on claims that may arise throughout the season.
- Follow up supplier audits.
- Oversee the execution of the masterplan quality control inputs. Facilitate tests of new inputs in the plant.
- Support execution of the Sanitization Masterplan.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant university degree/ Or relevant Quality Assurance diploma/courses
- 1-2 Year of Experience in Quality Assurance Systems of Food/Beverage Industries or other related manufacturing industries
- Experience in implementation of GFSI norms (BRC-FSCC22000-FSI)
- Experience in customer support
- Experience training teams
- Manage the processing of customer complaints
- Manage internal non-compliance.
