About the Role
The Warehouse Team Leader position at Staff Solutions requires an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse team, ensuring efficient management and high-quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the performance of the team
- Compile daily reports and take corrective action when targets are not met
- Conduct manpower planning and ensure workstation ergonomics
- Oversee scrap management and maintain quality supervision
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and HR procedures and regulations
- Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards
- Assist with WIP (Work in Progress) and sorting activities
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ Supervisor/Management experience
- Managerial, Supervisory, or Logistics qualification
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
- Valid Forklift License (required)
- Experience with product-on-hand processes (advantageous)
- Above-average computer literacy, particularly in Excel
