About the Role
We are seeking an Admin Clerk to join our team in George, and we’re looking for a recent Grade 12 graduate with a passion for administration. As an Admin Clerk at Synergy Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Answering and directing calls
- Client communication
- Collecting and organizing client documents
- Basic data capturing
- Assisting with:
- Client onboarding
- Quotations
- Scheduling
- Supporting Accountants with general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Must have completed Grade 12
- Must have matriculated with accounting and a decent pass mark (minimum 50% required)
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Must live locally
- Contactable references
