About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Premier Hotels & Resorts Ltd. If you have a flair for pastry, attention to detail, and thrive in a high-paced hospitality environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, produce, and present high-quality pastry and dessert items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development for pastry items.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the pastry section.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and broader kitchen team to enhance the guest dining experience.
