About the Role

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and smooth functioning of all operational activities.
Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements in operations management.
