About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman to join our team at Net. Talent, where you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and plans for construction projects using CAD software. As a key member of our project team, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure all designs meet industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects using CAD software.
Interpret architectural and engineering designs into clear, accurate working drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and site teams.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues.
Assist in preparing layouts, schematics, and 3D models where required.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify design accuracy.

Requirements

Site experience of at least 3 years.
Auto CAD experience.
Ability to run the tender process on sites.
Understanding and running with contract documents & costing documents.
Must be a structured person.
Willing to work away from home when busy with a project.
Interaction with the council and knowledge of bylaws.
