About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will undertake a wide range of administrative duties, including overseeing our management proficiency program, managing communications, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and compiling reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management proficiency program.
- Manage phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and plan meetings.
- Compile and prepare reports accurately.
- Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (5 years of experience required). Excellent command of written English. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
