About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Mobility Support Technician to support and manage a fleet of approximately 300 mobile devices, primarily iPads, within a modern cloud-managed environment. As part of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring device reliability, security, and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for mobile devices, primarily iPads (iOS/iPadOS)
- Manage devices using Microsoft Intune (enrolment, configuration, compliance, and policy enforcement)
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services related to mobility (e.g., Exchange Online, Azure AD, conditional access)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on mobile devices
- Deploy, configure, and maintain mobile applications
- Ensure devices comply with security policies and organisational standards
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and device provisioning
- Monitor device health, usage, and compliance through management tools
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and asset inventory
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT support, with a focus on mobile device management
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
- Experience supporting Apple iOS/iPadOS devices in a business environment
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
