About the Role
As a Team Leader IT at Stepco Recruitment, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi). You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and workstations. You will also manage user accounts, domains, and security. Additionally, you will support and integrate iPad/iOS devices into the network. Your role will involve diagnosing network issues and implementing solutions. As a technical expert, you will provide technical support to end-users and clients.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 jaar ondervinding in netwerkondersteuning
- Sterk Windows Server- en Microsoft 365-ervaring
- Goeie kennis van routers, switches en Wi-Fi-netwerke
- Ervaring met iPad/iOS-integrasie
- Macbook Meraki InTune Betroubare vervoer & goeie kommunikasievaardighede
Qualifications
- Microsoft of Cisco-sertifisering (bv. MCSA, CCNA) is ‘n voorkeur (optional)
