About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import/Logistics Administrator to join our fast-paced team at a blue chip company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end Import process of technical products, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full Import process
Liaise with international Suppliers
Coordinate with Clearing and Forwarding Agents
Negotiate Shipping Rates
Track Shipments
Manage final Delivery to Customer
Prepare all Import Documentation
Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, Import Permits, HS Codes and Duties

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in Import Logistics administration
Solid understanding of Import procedures, Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding
Computer Literacy including MS Excel and ERP systems
Own vehicle

Qualifications

Grade 12 Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Import/export or related field
Advantages: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Import/export or related field
