About the Role

Dynamic Outsourced Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading courier company based in the East Rand, seeking a motivated New Business Development Executive to drive growth by generating new client opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships. This role is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in retail, e-commerce, and corporate sectors.
  • Present courier service solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs, market conditions, and service improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 required; tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or courier/logistics industry. Proven track record of generating and closing new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
