About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer and Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of graphic designers in creating high-quality visual content for various clients across Ekurhuleni. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, and other design software
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to achieve project goals and deadlines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and implement packaging design concepts that meet client needs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Maintain high-quality artwork and ensure accurate color management
Requirements
- Minimum Matric or relevant NQF 4 qualification
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Coral Draw, Illustrator
- Strong understanding of packaging design, printing processes, and colour management
