About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Consultant – Automotive to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, building relationships, and growing revenue within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and grow key accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic plans
  • Conduct product knowledge presentations and demonstrations to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving results in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Matric (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Proven background in customer service and territory sales management
  • Solid understanding of the automotive or related industries
  • Experience in managing and growing key accounts
  • Valid driver’s licence is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional presentation ability
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and consistently achieve sales targets
