About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Consultant – Automotive to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, building relationships, and growing revenue within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and grow key accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic plans
- Conduct product knowledge presentations and demonstrations to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving results in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Matric (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience within the automotive industry
- Proven background in customer service and territory sales management
- Solid understanding of the automotive or related industries
- Experience in managing and growing key accounts
- Valid driver’s licence is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional presentation ability
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and consistently achieve sales targets
