About the Role

The Warehouse Administrator is a critical function that supports the smooth operation of our warehouse operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high-quality assistance throughout their requirements. This role requires a strong focus on procedures, team performance, and efficient management of daily, weekly, and monthly admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee team performance and ensure efficient, organized storage
  • Expedite the receiving and shipping of goods
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly admin tasks accurately and in full
  • Implement and maintain all systems, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate discrepancies to CCO Manager
  • Track outstanding purchase orders with vendors
  • Maintain good working relationships with suppliers/customers/vendors

Requirements

  • National Matric Certificate
  • Fire industry experience advantageous
  • Related Degree or Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse / Supply Chain Management (not required)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in warehousing and distribution (not required)
  • Minimum 5 years Administration experience (not required)
