About the Role
The Emalahleni MP: GRN Clerk role is a critical position within our team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of information related to goods received from suppliers. This involves verifying delivery notes, checking stock, and notifying relevant personnel of any significant discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving of Stock
- Matching Delivery Notes to order forms
- Checking Goods received
- Obtaining delivery notes
- Process Goods receive
- Investigate Discrepancies
- Batching GRN packs
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 1 year relevant work experience
- Basic computer skills
