Job Description
About the Role
WJ Siyakha Construction is seeking an experienced Mechanic with proven experience working on yellow machines to join our operations based in KwaZulu Natal. We require a skilled and reliable individual who can work independently and under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair yellow machines and related construction equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Work closely with the operations team to minimize downtime
Requirements
At LEAST five years experience in Earthmoving machines
Own vehicle essential
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems and repairs
Ability to work independently and under pressure
