Qualifications & Skills Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline 57 years proven experience in an administrative or office management role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with AS400 and/or AGRIS systems (advantageous) Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans (advantageous) Valid Code 08 Drivers License Willingness to travel as required Must be based in, or open to relocating to, Piet Retief Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all administrative functions across the operations. Oversee accurate processing of transactions including invoicing, sales, stock records, and credit notes. Manage office resources, supplies, and administrative tools to ensure optimal usage. Monitor key operational and financial metrics; compile regular reports for senior management. Supervise a multi-site administrative team, providing coaching, performance reviews, and training. Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative systems, processes, and policies. Ensure effective internal and external communication and maintain document control standards. Provide input into the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Track expenses and contribute to cost efficiency initiatives. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Support internal audits and risk management processes. Assist in the coordination of projects and foster cross-functional collaboration. Drive continuous improvement aligned with divisional and company objectives.
