Factory Engineer (GCC)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage factory engineering projects, contractors, and site work
• Oversee factory maintenance and construction programs for optimal plant uptime
• Ensure legal compliance with the OSH Act and regulations
• Manage factory assets and assist with budgets
• Ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality of plant and processes
• Supervise subordinates and teams for effective performance
• Comply with ISO and Quality Management Systems requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Mechanical or electrical engineering graduate with 2+ years’ post-graduate practical experience
• Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) factories
• 5 years’ practical experience in an industrial plant with >3000kW capacity
• 3 years’ experience leading a maintenance team
• 3 years’ CAD experience
• Proficient in English communication
