Job Summary
Main Purpose of Job
An energetic leader with a passion for sales, and to achieve targets. The successful candidate will be driven to achieve volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets as set by the manufacturer and group. Furthermore, ensure high performance-driven team.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
- Grade 12 certificate
- Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceed car sales targets
- Valid drivers license
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Target driven
- Clear criminal record
- Computer Literate
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure Vehicle Sales Target and Profitability are met
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
- Manage Sales Team for High Performance Culture
