About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to join our team in Durban, South Africa. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing production planning and workflow optimisation, managing large teams and multi-shift operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our factory.
