Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Maintain updated product knowledge and stay informed about pricing, availability, and technical specifications. Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and ensure resolution. Prepare sales reports and assist with general sales administration as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous). Proven experience in Internal Sales, preferably within a technical, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent administrative and organisational abilities. Ability to read and interpret basic technical information or product specifications. Computer literate with experience in CRM or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
