About the Role
The eThekwini: New Vehicle Sales Executive role at Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a sales-focused position that requires a strong drive to meet performance targets. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales in order to process new vehicle transactions accurately and timeously
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues
- Execute work activities effectively and efficiently to prevent financial losses
- Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making
- Provide advice and support to customers to achieve and maintain set customer service excellence standards
- Negotiate price, finalize sales, and follow-up with customers to ensure exceptional customer service
- Pursue and develop customer relationships for the acquisition of vehicle sales in line with set targets
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- 3-5 years working experience in a similar environment
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Developing sale-making skills
- Persuasive selling skills
- Product or service knowledge
- Trust and integrity
