The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a knack for building relationships with clients and candidates. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles within our organization and with our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The sucessful candidate must be able to: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding. Build strong relationships with clients and understand their workforce needs. Source top talent through various platforms, networking, and proactive engagement. Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Achieve recruitment targets and service-level agreements. Create and present recruitment dashboards and performance reports, highlighting trends, fill rates, and key metrics. Utilise AI tools, data-driven insights, and digital sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates. Grade 12 / Matric (essential). Clear Criminal Record. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (advantageous). 24 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist (preferably within blue-collar, industrial, or outsourcing environments). Proven experience using digital recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing platforms. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting/dashboard tools. Ability to generate, analyse, and present recruitment performance reports and dashboards. Exposure to or interest in AI recruitment tools, automation, and analytics-driven sourcing. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume environment. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail. Own reliable transport and valid drivers licence (advantageous).
