About the Role
As a Sales Representative at PnS Group Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and merchandising efforts for our clients’ products at store level. Your primary objective will be to ensure the effective execution of sales and administration functions, while also contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure shelf health by maintaining an optimal product presentation and inventory management
- Provide effective administrative support to clients, including processing orders and managing customer inquiries
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and volumes, while ensuring profitable sales
- Manage and develop field staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet client expectations
- Foster strong relationships with clients and customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrate self-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and achieve goals
Requirements
- Grade 12 or N4 certificate in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Valid driver’s license
