Job Summary
This is a fully remote role working UK business hours. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper), workflow automation platforms (like Zapier or Make.com), and a knack for consulting with clients to build systems that make their businesses run better.
? Non-Negotiables: You must have hands-on experience with AI tools, an automation-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first setup. If you’ve never worked with tools like Zapier, Make, or OpenAI APIs, this role may not be for you.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.
- Exposure to low-code or no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, etc.)
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how to connect SaaS platforms together
- Strong communication skills, especially in translating business needs into technical solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus
- Bonus: Python or JavaScript scripting ability for advanced integrations
? Requirements:
- 2+ years in a client-facing tech, support, consulting, or automation role
- Proven experience building or managing AI-based workflows or automations
- Solid understanding of task delegation, process automation, and AI tool interoperability
- Capable of working autonomously and managing multiple client projects
- High curiosity and willingness to stay current with fast-changing AI trends
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
? Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):
- Consult with clients to understand their business workflows and identify AI opportunities
- Recommend and demonstrate the best AI tools for their use cases
- Design and build workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and AI APIs
- Set up and deploy custom AI assistant systems tailored to each client’s needs
- Document workflows and provide handovers or training to clients
- Troubleshoot and optimize systems for stability and efficiency
- Stay on top of AI trends and bring new ideas into the team
