Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous software integration and deployment.
- Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions using tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Lead initiatives in automation to improve the efficiency of deployment processes.
- Collaborate with software engineers and other teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with development efforts.
- Maintain a secure and high-performance environment for all cloud systems and applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
- Perform system troubleshooting, tuning, and capacity planning.
Technical Expertise:
- Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.), Kubernetes, and GCP.
- Configuration Management & Automation: Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Pulumi.
- Programming & Scripting: Advanced skills in Python, Bash, and Go.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Mastery in Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman.
- Monitoring & Observability Tools: Experience with Grafana, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Loki, and ClickHouse.
- DevOps Practices: Strong expertise in building CI/CD pipelines, automation, and system reliability engineering (SRE).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, LPIC-3) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
- Effective communication in both written and verbal English.
