Requirements: National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4. 3 years’ experience in HR and Payroll Administration (SAGE 300 People). Experience with Time and Attendance processes and programs. Responsibilities: Process new engagements, transfers, employee information and terminations for the allocated division. Provide an accurate employee advisory service on payroll matters. Participate in disciplinary hearings of employee counselling sessions. Advise managers, supervisors and employees on the appropriate actions to take when dealing with grievances and disciplinary actions. Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures and practices.
