This hands-on role requires a polished, confident service professional with exceptional guest relations, operational coordination, and problem-solving ability. Key Responsibilities Oversee hotel operations during allocated duty shifts Manage guest arrivals, departures, service recovery, and VIP hosting Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth daily operations Support front office, housekeeping, and F&B oversight where required Handle incident reports, night audits checks, shift handovers, and staff management Implement brand standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction Requirements Previous Duty Manager or Supervisor experience within luxury hospitality Strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership skills Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and make confident decisions Excellent guest engagement ability and service mindset Cape Winelands based or willing to relocate Package Salary: R20,000 R23,000 DOE 50% Medical Aid contribution 3% Provident Fund Annual increases and bonuses Meal allowance per shift Subsidised staff transport available on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch and Wellington routes Live-out role (no accommodation provided) To Apply Please submit your CV, references, and recent head & shoulders photo ASAP. ?
