About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Marketing & Estate Sales Director to lead our established wine and hospitality estate in the Cape Winelands. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing and estate sales strategy, resulting in occupancy growth, revenue expansion, and enhanced brand positioning across all estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and implementation of marketing and estate sales across the estate
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through commercial deal-making and relationship building with key operators, customers, and clients
• Execute hands-on marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives
• Provide brand stewardship and ensure consistent brand representation

Requirements

• SA Citizen
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Tertiary education in sales / marketing / commercial (highly advantageous)
• Hands on, pro-active approach
• 10 years senior marketing and/or commercial leadership experience
• Sales Experience
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth
• Strong hospitality / tourism / estate / luxury brand / wine experience required
