This role suits someone residing in Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch, or nearby Northern Suburbs (Brackenfell, Durbanville, Kraaifontein, etc.). ✨ What you’ll be doing: Lead and mentor a strong finance team, fostering accuracy and excellence Oversee full financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Analyse costs, margins, and performance to drive profitability Implement sound financial controls across all departments Manage cash flow, stock, and procurement processes Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, UIF, and audit requirements Collaborate with management on business strategy and decision-making What we’re looking for: BCom Accounting (or equivalent) and SAICA articles completed Minimum 5 years’ post-article experience in financial management Proven background in hospitality finance (hotels or restaurants) Solid knowledge of Sage X3 and modern financial systems A proactive leader with exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills Someone who’s commercially astute yet hands-on, and passionate about excellence This is a rare opportunity to join a luxury property where precision meets personality, and where every number plays a part in creating unforgettable guest experiences ✨ Interested?
