About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and guest-focused Guest Assistant to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is your chance to be the face of the estate, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Providing information and recommendations about the estate and local attractions
- Assisting with reservations, bookings, and guest enquiries
- Supporting tasting sessions, tours, and events as required
- Maintaining front-of-house areas to the highest standards
Requirements
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage
