Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods ? Ensure consistency and excellence in presentation and flavour across all pastry items ?? Support the Head Pastry Chef and senior pastry team with daily operations ? Maintain strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety within the pastry section ? Assist with stock control, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients ? Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings Requirements: ? Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Pastry Chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality ? Strong technical pastry skills with attention to detail and creativity ? Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure ?
