Experienced Restaurant Manager – Le Lude Estate (Franschhoek) Le Lude Estate, a 5-star boutique winery in Franschhoek specialising in award-winning Cap Classique, is looking for a Restaurant Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for wine, food, and hospitality, who enjoys working in a dynamic and guest-focused environment. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing daily restaurant operations, and supporting the team to create memorable guest experiences.
