Job Description

Kern doel van die pos: Bestuur die winsgewende en volhoubare lewering van dienste, handels- en landbouprodukte aan kliënte in n gegewe area/gebied. Minimum Vereistes: Graad 12 met n landbou kwalifikasie voordelig; 3 Jaar bestuursondervinding in n landbou en handel omgewing; Kennis van landbou produkte sal voordelig wees; Geldige rybewys. Vaardighede: Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels; Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office); Uitstekende bemarkings en verkopevaardighede; Syfervaardig; Goeie organisasie vermoë; Goeie vermoë om te netwerk en verhoudinge te bou in die boere gemeenskap; Vermoë om personeel positief te beinvloed en te dissiplineer volgens die Arbeidsverhouding wet; Sterk leierseienskappe. Verantwoordelikhede: Bestuur van finansies; Bestuur van personeel; Beheer en bestuur van administrasie; Mark aandeel groei; Bestuur en onderhoud van bates; Bestuur van voorraad. Main purpose of the position: Managing the branch at a profit and providing sustainable service, trade and agricultural products in the designated area. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 with an agricultural qualification as advantage; 3 Years managerial experience in an Agricultural and FMCG environment; Knowledge of agricultural products will be an advantage; Valid drivers license. Skills : Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English; Computer literate (MS Office); Excellent marketing and sales skills; Good numerical ability; Good organisational skills; Good relationship building skills; Ability to network in an agricultural community; Ability to positively influence staff and take disciplinary action in accordance with the Labour Relations Act; Strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Management of finances; Management of staff; Control and management of administration; Grow market share; Maintenance and management of assets; Management of stock.
