KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced facial, body and aromatherapy treatments
• Conduct medical massage and pain/rehabilitation-focused therapies under the guidance of doctors
• Recommend treatment plans and home care retail prescriptions
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, set up and room standards in compliance with medical OHS
• Assist with cross-referrals from in-house doctors and post-treatment patient care
• Attend product & medical protocol training
• Support spa events, launches and wellness days
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client profile updates

REQUIREMENTS

• National Diploma / 3-year Somatology Qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or equivalent)
• Qualified in Aromatherapy and Body Massage Therapy
• Understanding of Anatomy and Muscular Pain Patterns
• Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in Spa, Medi-Aesthetic or Wellness environment
• Strong retail performance mindset (sales & aftercare product recommendation)
• Professional, polished, confident with high standards of client care
• Able to work in collaboration with medical professionals
