About the Role
Spa Sense, a luxury spa in Umthatha – Eastern Cape, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator / Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Process stock take, opening and closing procedures, and perform Cash-Ups as required.
- Respond to customer complaints, queries, and compliments in a professional manner.
- Maintain the spa’s reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide excellent administration support to the spa team.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Beauty qualifications
- 2-3 years of working experience in a well-established and professional Spa
- Hands-on experience with My Salon Software
- Computer Literate with excellent Administration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English
- Excellent customer service and retail abilities
- Experience with Cash-Ups, stock take, stock count, opening and closing procedures
