About the Role
As a key member of Psybergate’s recruitment team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients in the IT industry. We are seeking an experienced 360 IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including client acquisition, job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Develop new business opportunities within the IT industry to expand Psybergate’s client base.
- Source top IT professionals through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to ensure candidate quality and fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the entire offer-to-placement process.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks within the IT sector.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the company’s ATS and recruitment systems.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role, specifically within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in contract placements and managing high-volume recruitment pipelines.
- Exposure to international recruitment or sourcing talent across global markets.
- Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
- Highly results-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
