- Minimum of 3 years` actuarial pricing experience in short-term/general insurance.

- Strategic thinker with a strong drive to innovate and challenge the status quo.
- Completion of 9 or more actuarial exams.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
