Job Title: Administrator – Creditors Location: [Motus VW East Rand ] Salary:[Market Related] Job Description: Administrator – Creditors will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process for the company. This includes processing and verifying invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Full creditors function o Handling dealer and supplier queries and requests o Managing / checking / tracking of journals o Follow-up of invoices / statements not received. o Reconciling of invoices and statements o Responsible for Vendor age analysis o Valid credit applications for all debtors. o Valid reason/explanation to be provided for long outstanding items. o Ensure Vendors are paid according to agreed terms and conditions to manage cash flow of company. o Processing of EFT payments o Check that all invoices are accompanied by a statement and that balance brought forward is correct. o Forward proof of payments to suppliers when required. o Verify B-BBEE status with vendors. o Processing of journals. o Management of all payment cycle activities o Verifying the correctness of all creditor-related documents sent to Head Office o Ensure legal compliance of Tax invoices. o Requesting Statements timeously o Weekly meetings are to be held with dealers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. o Always ensure team co-operation. Requirements: – 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry – Proficiency in accounting software, such as Drive , OEM systems – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively – Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel – Knowledge of basic accounting principles Preferred Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field – Experience working with automotive vendors or suppliers – Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply for the A Administrator – Creditors position at Motus VW East Rand.
