About the Role
We are seeking an experienced After Sales Manager for our used truck dealership in Germiston, Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing aftersales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage aftersales operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation, and industry standards
Requirements
- Grade 12 plus a recognised Diesel Technician qualification and completed apprenticeship
- Additional qualification in business development or transport management preferred
- Minimum 3 years in a regional aftersales management role within a dealer network
- 5+ years as a qualified technician plus 2+ years in service management
