About the Role
An exciting opportunity to relocate to the Netherlands as an Anaesthesia Nurse Our clients, surgical team is looking for you to make a real impact on patient care! They’re seeking an enthusiastic Anaesthesia Nurse to support complex thoracic and cardiac procedures in a cutting-edge environment. As an Anaesthesia Nurse, you’ll work closely with anaesthesiologists, anticipate patient needs, and use advanced technology including robotic systems to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in thoracic operating rooms and occasionally rotate through general OR.
- Collaborate during lung and cardiosurgical procedures, plus cardiac catheterisation.
- Monitor and respond to patients’ physiological conditions.
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous innovation.
- Participate in on-call shifts and enjoy a 36-hour workweek (4 days).
Requirements
- Diploma as an Anaesthesia Assistant (recent graduates welcome).
- Team spirit, enthusiasm, and openness to innovation.
- Affinity for technology and a proactive attitude.
- Cardiosurgical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn Dutch (course provided).
- A valid passport and willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.
