Job Summary

Duties include
Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and engage with potential clients visiting the mall.
  • Provide information about automotive products and services.
  • Answer client inquiries and address their needs effectively.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through direct interaction with mall visitors.
  • Collect and document contact information and client preferences.
  • Forward qualified leads to the appropriate dealerships promptly.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead information.
  • Prepare and manage reports on lead generation and client feedback.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up communications with potential clients.

Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and dealerships, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates to dealerships on the status of leads and client interactions.

 Customer Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive client experience.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional manner.

Promotional Activities:

  • Participate in mall events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Distribute promotional materials and provide demonstrations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Min of 1 – 2 years Customer Service, Sales and administration roles
  • Experience within the Automotive and retail environment is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • PC literate with MS Office Suite experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Professional with integrity
  • Detail orientated and proactive
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-Driven
  • Leads Management
  • Social media knowledge
