• Analyse requirements, develop, and maintain complex backend systems.
• Design and implement microservice-based applications using modern frameworks and architectures.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive testing and defect resolution for scalable, high-performance applications.
• Support deployment processes and provide third-level production support.
• Prepare system and technical documentation aligned with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments — contributing to sprints, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Share knowledge by coaching and mentoring peers when needed.

Key requirements:

• 6–8 years’ experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Java 21+, Quarkus v3+, Maven
  • JUnit, Mockito
  • Kafka, MongoDB (NoSQL)
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • AWS Cloud, Git version control
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture and software design principles.
