Job Summary
What You’ll Do:
Sales Leadership:
- Drive branch sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimise strategies and outcomes.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Create memorable customer experiences and exceed satisfaction benchmarks.
- Train and inspire staff to deliver top-notch service every day.
Operational Mastery:
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate reporting with SAP ERP.
- Oversee debtors, cost control, and compliance for financial health.
Team Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive, results-driven culture within the branch.
Growth and Innovation:
- Identify and implement opportunities for branch improvement and expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 10+ years of high-level sales experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
Key Skills:
- Advanced SAP ERP and MS Excel expertise.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
