Job Description
Drive growth of retail investment business by managing and expanding a portfolio of financial intermediaries
Develop new intermediary relationships and support existing ones through training, marketing, and strategic initiatives
Ensure sales targets are met and regulatory compliance is maintained
Lead intermediary support efforts and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Manage a Business Development Coordinator and contribute to regional strategy execution
Skills & Experience:
Proven sales success in financial distribution
Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities
Technical knowledge of retail investments
Effective communication and presentation
Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
Ability to train and support intermediaries
Qualification:
Degree in Finance
Honors preferred
