Job Experience & Skills Required:
– 3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in renewable energy
– Proven track record in closing deals and meeting revenue targets
– Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, projects, and market trends
– Excellent client liaison, negotiation, and communication skills
– Ability to develop proposals, manage contracts, and coordinate with technical teams
– Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and results-driven
– Experience incorporating sustainability and HSEQ considerations into business development activities
