About the Role
The Business Development Manager/Sales Engineer at Rizali Staffing Solutions is responsible for driving sales pipeline and growth, meeting order intake targets, and developing strong customer relationships to contribute to the company’s future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales pipeline and growth
- Meeting order intake targets for the business unit
- Developing and maintaining good customer relationships through personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, and emails
- Compiling quotations, tenders, and solutions by required due dates
- Efficient communication to all sales or proposal stakeholders, particularly customers
- Following up on back orders and communicating any delays to customers
- Continuous feedback to customers regarding the progress of their orders
- Developing and maintaining good customer relationships for future growth
- Using various sales tools (CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Preparing and delivering presentations to new or existing customers
- Assisting customers with vendor registrations or credit applications
- Vetting of orders, initiating, and following up on registration of new material codes for ERP
- Liaising with customers regarding payment terms (e.g., COD)
- Following up on technical questions from customers and conducting regular site or customer visits
- Evaluating customer inquiries and technical feasibilities of projects
- Interfacing with the Company’s engineering departments regarding customer requirements and specifications
- Supporting development of sales and marketing material
Requirements

- Relevant proposals management training (preferred)
- Relevant Sales and Business Development training (preferred)
