Job Description
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the mining and capital equipment sectors.
- Expand and strengthen client networks across borders in Southern Africa.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build strong partnerships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in selling capital equipment and mining equipment.
- Strong cross-border business development experience in Southern Africa.
- Solid network within the mining and heavy industries sector.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
