Leads originate from OEM channels, dealer websites, Facebook campaigns, and platforms such as Autotrader and Cars.co.za.Our agents handle new internet enquiries within two business hours, ensuring immediate customer engagement. The core responsibilities include:Establishing contact with prospective buyersQualifying leads and completing finance applicationsScheduling test drivesPreparing deal files and coordinating vehicle handoversAs the Sales Administrator, I manage the finance application processing, collect supporting documentation, and assist in finalising the deal.We also conduct 48-hour follow-ups on leads initially handled by sales executives to ensure continued effort and customer service.
