About the Role

GAP Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Centre Agent to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dealership PreOwned Vehicle Sales Executive within the Automotive Industry
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Grade 12 Qualification essential
• Stable track record
• Ability to provide at least 6 months’ payslips or commission sheets on request
• Contactable references
